The customer journey
What happens after someone says yes.
A sign-up is the start of a customer's relationship with your organisation, not the end of ours. Here's where Verifly fits, and how we protect quality before every customer is handed over.
- The conversationVerifly
An identified, trained representative explains who they work for, the brand and that the contribution is monthly.
- Quality check at the doorVerifly
Before details are taken: badge check, a comfortable amount, monthly confirmed, signed by the customer, and the longevity question: "Happy to support for two years or more?"
- Same-day reviewVerifly
Team leaders review every sign-up that day. After-hours callbacks are checked against the callback register, and anything that can't be validated isn't submitted.
- Secure submissionVerifly
Customer details are captured on a secure iPad app and submitted directly, never on paper.
- Welcome and verification callCampaign partner
Usually within 48 hours, a call thanks the customer, checks their details and answers any questions. We tell customers to expect it, which lifts the number of calls answered.
- Welcome seriesYour organisation
Your organisation's welcome emails, texts and updates show customers the difference their contribution makes.
- Quality review before bonusesVerifly
Representative bonuses are only released once their sign-ups pass review, so every incentive points to customers who stay.
- Feedback loopVerifly
Any complaint is investigated, the representative identified and a written response returned within the agreed timeframe. Lessons go straight back into coaching.

pfra.org.auAustralian Consumer Law
Our training covers misleading or deceptive conduct and unconscionable conduct, and protecting people who may be vulnerable.

The national peak body for professional fundraising in Australia, whose Code sets expectations for ethical fundraising practice.
fia.org.auQuestions clients ask us
Straight answers.
The questions we hear most from marketing and acquisition leads before they work with us.
Who does Verifly work with?
Today our clients are not-for-profits: we run face-to-face campaigns that sign up long-term monthly supporters. The same model, trained representatives, quality-reviewed sign-ups and clear reporting, works for any organisation that wins customers through real conversations: memberships, subscriptions, utilities and consumer services. If that's you, talk to us.
How does Verifly charge?
Campaigns are run on a pre-agreed budget set with you, usually tied to the number and quality of customers acquired. For our not-for-profit clients, supporters' contributions go directly to the organisation. We'll walk you through the full cost structure before you sign anything.
How do you make sure the customers stay?
Every sign-up passes a quality check in the conversation, a same-day review by a team leader and a verification call usually within 48 hours. Representative bonuses are only released after sign-ups pass review, so every incentive points to customers who stay.
What happens if someone complains about a representative?
Every complaint is investigated. The representative involved is identified and writes a four-part statement that is reviewed by management, and a written response goes back to you within the agreed timeframe. The lesson goes straight into coaching.
Where do you operate?
We run teams from Sydney and Auckland across New South Wales and New Zealand, plus regional road trips to towns that rarely see a brand in person.
Which channels do you offer?
Residential door-to-door, B2B conversations with business owners and managers, and branded stands at events and expos. We'll tell you honestly which one fits your brand, or whether a mix would serve you better.
What standards are your representatives held to?
The Australian Consumer Law and, on our not-for-profit campaigns, the PFRA Standard and Fundraising Institute Australia's code, plus our own published standards: badge check, amount confirmed, monthly confirmed, signed by the customer, and no sign-ups from anyone who hasn't fully understood the commitment.
How quickly can a campaign start?
Once we've agreed goals, regions and reporting, a dedicated team can usually be trained on your brand and in the field within a few weeks.
Tell us your targets.
We'll tell you honestly how a Verifly team could help you reach them.
